Enforcement of the Rules:

The enforcement of the rules as specified in this official document, drafted by the WULOP Headquarters in Turkey, is monitored by the national representative during the semifinals. These rules also apply during the final. All participants must fully comply with the championship rules. In case of non-compliance, sanctions may be imposed as determined by the national representative during the semifinals, or disqualification may follow. In the final, the WULOP Headquarters has the authority to impose sanctions or determine disqualification.

Tardiness, Non-Participation, or Cancellations:

If a participant or model is late, does not participate, or cancels on the day of the event, the participant is automatically disqualified. No refunds will be given in such cases.

Attendance Before the Competition:

Participants must be present at the semifinals venue at least ONE HOUR before the scheduled application time, together with their live model. Participants are responsible for finding their own model. All responsibilities related to the model lie with the participant.

Rule Compliance During the Application:

During the application, the jury will monitor compliance with the rules and report any violations. It is mandatory to photograph all models both before and after the procedure. Photos must be taken without makeup on the skin or treatment area, both before and after the procedure.

Procedure Time:

The total time for the procedure, including modeling, is 2.5 hours. An additional 15 minutes is given for preparation and cleaning of the workspaces. Hygiene floor jury members will check the work environment, the readiness of the model, and give approval to start the application.

Leaving the Room During the Application:

Neither participants nor models may leave the room from the beginning of the application period until the end of the competition. The hygiene floor jury members have the authority to disqualify anyone who violates this rule. If a model or participant needs to go to the restroom during the competition, they may only leave the room under the supervision of a hygiene floor jury member.

Models may not have makeup or previous permanent makeup on their face. They must complete a consent form on-site acknowledging that they are aware of the rules, their responsibilities, and the procedures to be applied.
